The local park has free WiFi as well as nightly vendors selling delicious variety of foods. On Monday and Friday nights there are tianguis (second hand vendors). Everyone generally accepts your dollar but you might receive change in pesos.

Mexico septic systems are different and require all paper products to be put in the bin beside the toilet. If guest stop up the plumbing the guests will forfeit the security deposit to correct the issue.
No smoking allowed in or on premises.
If guest disregard the smoking rule, the guests will forfeit the security deposit to correct the issue. If cost goes beyond the $200 deposit Then host will request guest to pay difference or use resolution center as appropriate.
Guests are welcome to have company during their stay. However any additional overnight guests beyond 4 a $15pp/per night charge will be applied
Guests should leave the home with all dishes washed and all trash in the outside can. This will help reduce unwanted guests. If the guests does not comply an additional cleaning fee will be assessed in the amount of $25.
If anything is inadvertently broken please notify right away so we can determine the course of action.
Any guest staying 14 days or more are subject to additional weekly cleaning fees at $35
