Hi, I am Vicki. I am originally from the States but fell in love with the Sonoran Desert and have made Algodones my home. Meeting new people and traveling have become my passion. I enjoy riding RZR, jet skiing, fishing, shelling, hosting our friends and dancing ballroom Latin and swing. When I am not in Algodones, Mexico you can find me at one of our Airbnb’s in San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico on the Sea of Cortez, where the pacific waters are warmer and the beaches more tranquil. How much experience does the hostess have?

- Labeled a superhost in Airbnb, Viki is an experienced, highly rated host who is committed to providing great stays for guests; receiving splendid reviews and satisfied customers every time. Viki is fluent in English, Spanish, and Sign Language, great at communicating, and will usually answer within the hour.
  

Are pets allowed?

- Pets have always been loved and welcomed on all our properties.

Are there any health and safety regulations following COVID?

 - All of our home rentals are committed to an enhanced cleaning process before every stay, with our very own professional cleaning team. We have also applied and followed social distancing as well as other COVID-19-related guidelines.

What happens if a rule is ignored?

- Any disregarding of our rules will result in the charge of your $200 security deposit or more depending on the severity.

What if the home gets damaged accidentally?

- We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.

How often do cleaning services show up?

-We do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay. Often I will text incoming guests as soon as the cleaning crew notifies me the house is ready so the next guest can enter as soon as possible. 

Are there any cleaning fees?

- We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels on the washing machine. This will help keep the cleaning cost to our guests at a minimum and our unwanted guests out of the house! If the guests does not comply an additional cleaning fee will be assessed in the amount of $25. Any guest staying 14 days or more are subject to additional weekly cleaning fees at $35.

Will extra company be charged?

- We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to spend the night beyond guest limit. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folk and will accommodate wherever possible. Guests are welcome to have company during their stay with a $15 per person/per night charge applied to any additional overnight guests.
